MEET EU Filmmaker virtual residency in the U.S.

In cooperation with two other universities in the Eastern United States, and with support from the EU Delegation to the U.S., the University of Pittsburgh is hosting a virtual residency for an emerging EU Filmmaker beginning in September 2021.  Details and a link to the application can be found at https://www.ucis.pitt.edu/esc/funded-programs-and-grants/meet-eu/emerging-eu-filmmaker-virtual-residency.  This opportunity is available to young filmmakers based anywhere in the EU, including those finishing or having recently finished film school.  In addition to a stipend, the selected filmmaker will also be invited (should travel be permitted and should safety allow) to visit campuses in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Miami, Florida and engage in a speaking/film screening tour.
