Vyhlášení doplňovacích voleb do AS FAMU / By-election for the AS FAMU

V důsledku vypršení mandátu čtyřem členům Akademického senátu FAMU (dále AS FAMU) vyhlašuje AS FAMU doplňovací volby. Uskuteční se v termínech 14. a 15. února 2019.
Volby proběhnou v hlavní budově FAMU na Smetanově nábřeží č. 2, volební urna bude umístěna po oba dny v 1. patře v prostoru před knihovnou. 14. 2. 2019 v době od 10:00 do 20:00 hodin a 15. 2. 2019 v době od 10:00 do 16:00 hodin.
Do AS FAMU se volí 3 místa členů AS FAMU z řad akademických pracovníků/pracovnic a 1 místo členů AS FAMU z řad studentů/studentek. Kandidovat může každý člen akademické obce FAMU, rovněž každý člen má právo volit.
Uzávěrka pro přijímání nominací kandidátů do AS FAMU byla stanovena na 22. 1. 2019 v 15:00 doručením k rukám místopředsedy AS FAMU na sekretariát děkanátu FAMU.
Dne 22. 1. 2019 odpoledne bude na webu FAMU v aktualitách a na úřední desce FAMU zveřejněna kandidátka nominovaných a dne 13. 2. 2019 v 18:00 v U1 proběhne shromáždění akademické obce FAMU, na kterém se představí nominovaní kandidáti.

The Academic Senate of FAMU (“AS FAMU”) is organising a by-election as a result of the expiry of mandates for four members of the AS FAMU. The by-election will take place on 14 and 15 February 2019.
The by-election will be held in the main FAMU building at Smetanovo nábřeží 2 and the ballot box will be installed in front of the library on the first floor for both days. The by-election will be held from 10 am to 8 pm on 14 February and from 10 am to 4 pm on 15 February 2019.
Three positions to be elected for the AS FAMU are from among the academic staff members and one position is from among the students. Each member of the academic community may run for an AS position and each member has the right to vote.
The deadline for AS FAMU candidate nominations is 22 January 2019 at 3 pm, to be delivered to the Vice-Chairman of the AS FAMU to the FAMU Dean’s Office secretariat.
The list of candidates will be published in the afternoon of 22 January 2019 on FAMU website in the news (Aktuality) section and on the official FAMU notice board. A meeting of the academic community where the nominees will introduce themselves will be held on 13 February 2019 at 6 pm in U1.
