'Sestry' by Andrea Szelesová will be premiered at the Annecy IFF

Andrea Szelesová's animated film Sestry will have its international premiere at the world's most important festival, Festival international du film d'animation d'Annecy, in the student film competition.

"It's great that our animation department continues in Annecy with another entry in the competition. After the success of the film Daughter, it's Sestry this year - and I hope other "relatives" will follow. Andrea Szelesová's film Sestry touched me. It's an unexpected revelation, a fragile and strong in her expression, extremely well mastered in all means of expression. It is a great completion of Andrea's studies and we keep our fingers crossed for her and the film! " says the head of the department Michaela Pavlátová.
