Jitka Hejtmanová elected the new head of the FAMU International department

We are pleased to welcome Jitka Hejtmanová to the team of department heads, who was elected the new head of the FAMU International department. However, she is already familiar with the environment. In addition to journalism and media studies at Charles University, she studied photography at FAMU and worked with foreign students for ten years at the school. In 2016, she left the position of Deputy Head of FAMU International on maternity leave, but did not interrupt her cooperation with the department - she continued to teach and organize the summer school. She has been a project manager at FAMU for the last year.
Jitka Hejtmanová is now facing a challenge to manage the department, which was by its very nature affected intensively by anti-epidemic measures - for three semesters now, the operation of foreign programs in Prague has been significantly limited due to restrictions. We wish Jitka Hejtmanová good luck and success in her new mission.
