The graduate film A New Shift by director Jindřich Andrš from the Department of Documentary Film is in a wider selection for the Best European Documentary of the Year, announced by the European Film Academy. Jindřich's feature-length documentary about a miner who retrains as a programmer has a chance to win the European Film Award.
