Vinland named the Best Film in The National Competition at Pragueshorts

The winners of the Pragueshorts Film Festival, organised by the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival team, have been announced. Director Martin Kuba’s Vinland won the Best Film Award in the National Competition. The jury bestowed its Special Mention on Tomáš Starý who played the leading role in Rites by Damián Vondrášek.

Our school was also represented at the festival by Prof. Jakub Kudláč and student Vojtěch Cibulka from the Department of Sound Design (pictured).
