Dean’s Leave

The Dean of FAMU is announcing a Dean’s Leave from 1 PM, 19th April until 21st April, 2023, in order for the academic community to be able to participate on the FAMUFEST 2023 programme.

Dean's leave is announced with the following specifications:

• Dean's leave only applies to teaching, ie academics and students, so that they can participate in the full-day programme of the festival;
• the planned classes must be replaced by the end of the Summer semester (ie in the weeks of of 8 – 19 May 2023);
• in special cases, the classes can be maintained even on these days, if it is not possible to replace them at another date (eg with the presence of a guest, for technical or operational reasons), which is decided by the class teacher.
